it really all depends on your body. i’ve been eating mostly healthy foods and exercising routinely for almost a year, and i still have yet to have protruding hipbones or have a gap between my thighs and i probably never will, but i’m okay with that because i know i’m still healthy even without them.

bottom line, not everybody has the same body-type, so i can’t really help you. i’m sorry :/
