my gym started having specialized classes this year. i went to one for the first time today. it was a zumba class! zumba is like a mix of latin dance and aerobics. i’ve done zumba before at a professional dance studio and it was KILLER so i decided to try this out. i was a bit skeptical because it was a gym. i figured it wouldn’t be as hard as in the studio but damn was i wrong! i loved it! it got my entire body working and i was sweating… A LOT!

i strongly suggest taking zumba. you could even buy a zumba workout video and do it at home! i like taking classes over just running on the treadmill. it works out my entire body rather than only my legs and i can definitely feel my muscles working
