first step is to lose the fat, so you do cardio. you can do all the crunches you want, but nothing will show until you do cardio to get rid of fat because it’ll cover whatever muscles you are building in your abdomen. to tone, i do crunches, side crunches, russian twists, and v-ups. you can find videos for any of these on youtube!
