cardio cardio cardio! to get rid of fat, cardio is a must! then do things like crunches to tone your abs. muffin tops are also caused by wearing clothes that are too small for you. just because you go a size higher doesn’t mean you’re fat. it’s better to look good in a bigger size than embarrassingly unflattering in clothes that are too small!

for arms, get dumbbells and do curl ups! (i’m sorry i never really work out my arms so i don’t know too much about this)
