anything that gets your heart rate going! some examples:

  • running/jogging
  • biking
  • swimming

the most common is running/jogging whether it’s outside, on an indoor track, treadmill, elliptical, etc.

limited space or unable to go running? then buy a jump rope and you can jog/jump in place! hoolahoops work well, too
